30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.

Eligible Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Item is not as described on our website
  • Wrong item was received
  • Item is unused and in original packaging (within 30 days)

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact@homesyncpro.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging
